酒名の由来は、晩秋、柿についたままで残った今にもとろけそうな「熟柿」。柔らかで優しく、まろやかな口当たり。香りがとても甘く、懐かしく上品な甘味の焼酎。The name of the sake comes from the ``ripened persimmons'' that remain on the persimmons in late autumn and look like they are about to melt. Soft, gentle, and mellow on the palate. This shochu has a very sweet aroma and a nostalgic and elegant sweetness.
